Cancellation Policy
Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a “No Show” fee, which is 100% of the original cost of the scheduled service(s) and does not go toward future services. Cancellations made less than 24h in advance are subject to a late cancellation fee, which is 50% of the scheduled service and does not count towards future services. There is a ten min grace period. After ten minutes your appointment may be cancelled.
